1. FACILITIES AND SERVICES

(a) In consideration of the payment by the Member of the Plan Fee specified overleaf, SPARKLE COLLECTION permits the Member to use the Plan Inclusions and Services governed and defined by this Agreement from the Commencement Date until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

(b) Meeting & Event Room is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

(c) Service Plans are subject to the following conditions:

(i) Bookings are for designated users only, and are non-transferrable and cannot be shared by any third party.

(ii) Meeting & Event Room usage is only limited to the booking user.

(iv) Access to Meeting & Event Room is allowed only during operating hours for all relevantly booking users. Use of the Meeting & Event Room outside of entitlements will be charged at adhoc rates stated in services price guide.

(v) SPARKLE COLLECTION reserves the right to provide alternative facilities should any Meeting & Event Room be not available, and the right to impose charges on the usage of non-booking services.

(e) The following additional services are available in accordance with SPARKLE COLLECTION’s published rates updated from time to time. 

(i) Fine Food & Beverage Menu by SPARKLE Secret Garden

(ii) Exquisite Wines & Liquor Menu

(iii) Exclusive Workshop Experience

(iv) Sparkle Merchandise

(x) Other services

2 Damage to Property and Persons

(a) The Client will take every precaution not to injure any person or damage any property of the Venue or any third party. The Client shall satisfy all claims based on any such damage or injury, whether such claims are made by SPARKLE COLLECTION or by a third party against the Venue or the Client. The Client agrees to fully indemnify the SPARKLE COLLECTION from all and against claims of whatever nature by third parties (including the employees, sub-contractors and guests of the Client) in connection with the Function. .

(b) The Client will ensure that nothing is affixed to the floors, walls, ceilings or columns of the area reserved by the Client for the Function, or any other part of the Venue, by nails, screws, tape, Velcro, other sticky backed mechanisms, drawing pins or other means, or suspended from the roofs or ceilings thereof unless either by the purpose inbuilt hanging mechanisms. The Client will pay for any repair necessitated by such damage.

(c) All proposed structures or other arrangements in connection with the Function must comply with health, safety, fire and other applicable regulations. The Client agrees to effect and maintain adequate insurance against any damage to SPARKLE COLLECTION property and also for third party risks. If requested, Client will ensure that SPARKLE COLLECTION interests are endorsed on the relevant policy. The Client will produce details of such insurance if requested by SPARKLE COLLECTION.

3 Cancellation

(a) SPARKLE COLLECTION may cancel the Reservation in the event of the user materially failing to perform any of its obligations, as detailed in these terms and conditions and in the case of any breach capable of remedy, fails to remedy the breach within 7 working days of being notified by Us to do so.
