LION DANCE
This pattern is inspired by the “Lion Dance”, a popular traditional dance in Chinese culture and other Asian countries performed during Chinese festivities and important occasions such as business opening events, special celebrations or wedding ceremonies to bring good luck and prosperity. The Chinese lion dance is a collaboration of efforts, requiring seamless cooperation between the dancers and the drummers. The dancers need to be skilled in Chinese martial arts as they perform highly difficult maneuvers to a vigorous drum beat. The lion is usually made up of red, yellow and green colors, with red representing courage, yellow representing vitality and green representing friendship.
