LOOK 6 by Lo Cheuk Lam

In this design, I incorporated elements that exude a sense of ethereal lightness, such as flowing ribbons and lightweight fabrics, to convey a feeling of freedom and lightness during travel. Considering the challenge of carrying multiple garments during travel, my primary focus in designing this ensemble was to achieve versatility in styling, ensuring that travelers can create a fresh new look every day. Additionally, I took inspiration from the trench coat as I aimed to create an ensemble that can adapt to different weather conditions one may encounter during a journey. I embraced the minimalistic Tang jacket silhouette, and incorporated Chinese qipao elements such as Mandarin collar, rolled hem and flower buttons to create this unique and stylish Chinese fashion.
