| Course Description
HK style milk tea, also known as "silk stocking milk tea", has been listed as a HK Intangible Cultural Heritage item. Hong Kong-style milk tea is the outcome of a century-old evolution from English milk tea of the colonial era to the present popular beverage of Hong Kong. Experienced milk tea expert from KamCha will teach students about this much-loved local beverage, and the process of making a silky smooth HK style milk tea, from blending tea leaves, boiling and infusing the tea, force-pouring the tea, brewing the tea to force-pouring the milk. The tea-making technique does not only epitomize the fusion and development of Hong Kong's East-meets-West food culture, but also gives a glimpse of how locals live and eat.

> Anyone with an interest in learning about the art of whisky
> Student must be of legal drinking age of 18 years old
> Student who wishes to tie up their hair during workshop is required to bring their own hair-tie.
> Student needs to bring their own food container if they wish to take the pastries home.
> Student will need to compensate for any loss or damage done to the equipment in the studio.
> Student who has successfully registered for a workshop will receive confirmation notification from our staff via phone / WhatsApp / email within 2 working days.
> As workshop is fast-paced and lasts approx. 1.5 hrs, class will start on time. Please be punctual.
> If workshop has to be cancelled due to insufficient students, Happy Kitchen Studio and SPARKLE COLLECTION reserve the right to cancel the workshop or change instructor or venue.
> Student must first reserve their time slot, and once confirmed, their time slot is non-changeable and non-cancellable.
> Student is required to arrive 10 minutes before workshop starts for registration purposes. Workshop will not run overtime for latecomers.
> Student who fails to show up at their registered time slot will be deemed absent by their own accord, and no refund or rearrangement will be entertained.
> Student is required to scan “LeaveHomeSafe” app upon entering Happy Kitchen Café area.
> If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or other inclement weather condition is declared by the HK Observatory 2 hours before workshop starts, workshop will be cancelled and rearrangement for another time slot will be made.
